The Best Western Edinburgh is housed in a former maternity hospital, and provides modern accommodation within a traditional listed building. The hotel is 10-15 minutes' walk from Princes Street and the Castle, while there are restaurants and bars close by to enjoy. Guest rooms are clean and modern, with standard facilities. Guests can relax in the hotel bar area, or enjoy a meal in the bistro if they're too tired after a busy day out. The Edinburgh City is an ideal base in Central Edinburgh from which to ‘work or play’.

rooms were great ... rooms were great... room size good... only downside, can hear otside noise... We had a large very clean room(303). ... traffic noise was too much for light sleepers... we would suggest that double glazing for the rooms which face the main road.... hotel clean....
