Perfect hotel for weekend stopover. No facilities at all, breakfast served in restuarant over the road. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet with it being just off the main street. Within easy walking distance of the railway station. Reception very helpful. Luggage room for your bags before and after check out.

Unfortunately I had to cancel the Hotel last week due to the weather. When I said I would re-book and would be in Edinburgh a number of nights per week for three months, I would have expected a full refund instead of a 50% reduction. Will now look elsewhere for a Hotel in Edinburgh.

The hotel is in a great location, and had the heating on in are room when we checked in which was great. It is a basic hotel, but highly recommended for people who want to be situated in the city center.

Right in the heart of Princess Street area. Hotel was much better and more comfortable than we had expected. Although breakfast is served over the road at Ric's, it is first class with every meal being cooked fresh.

Great budget hotel in a very central location for shopping. Princes street only minutes away on foot.
Only negative comment I can make is that breakfast is way too early, only until 9.30am and its in a cafe accross the road. Rooms are adquate for the price..
