I arrived to celebrate Hogmanay to a cold room because the heating was broke I informed reception 3 times about this before the manager brought up an electric heater 4pm on our 2nd night.when i complained I did not recieve a convincing appology nor was I offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience.I had to ask for this and recieved a bottle of wine,which considering how much we had paid for the room i thought was disgusting and because of this I will not be recommending this hotel to others.The reception staff and the manager over the new year were not capable of dealing with guests and problems.However,The waiting on staff and bar attendants were great.
